Mattress retailer, Mattress Firm, is now promoting AquaLuxe Spas and hot tubs in addition to Strong Spas and Beachcomber Hot Tubs at home shows and fairs throughout the country this summer.
Over the years the Mattress Firm has not only extended its retail footprint from traditional brick and mortar stores to fairs and shows it has added additional product lines at these events like massage chairs, saunas, and hot tubs for incremental sales. All of these products are typically promoted with 0% down financing promotions in an effort to entice buyers.
The company debuted its new hot tub line called AquaLuxe which is a private label line of hot tubs built exclusively for Mattress Firm. The AquaLuxe features a color touchscreen display as well as cabinet lighting and other premium features. Mattress Firm’s hot tub division is dubbed AquaFirm. The company also offers hot tubs and spas through their retail stores called “Rest and Relax by Mattress Firm”.

Aqua luxe tub’s are GARBAGE and no customer service.
Took over a year to deliver and has been a 10 grand paper weight, still not working properly.

WE PAID FOR AN EXTENDED WARRANTY AND CAN GET NO SERVICE!! WON’T EVEN PICK UP THE PHONE. MATTRESS FIRM SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO PUT THEIR NAME ON THESE SPAS. I WOULD REQUEST A REFUND AND THEY COULD TAKE IT BACK BUT I CAN’T BECAUSE NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE OR EMAIL. PATHETIC!!
Buyers BEWARE HERE on this Mattress Firm company that now sells HOT TUBS, LOL ? The Nightmare started for me when I purchased this Spa in Sept 2019 at a Spa Fair Show in Wa State and we got the ole representative seller BS. Took a month to get the spa delivered and when it arrived by some shady delivery service what a mess it was with scuffed corners, broken parts panels split and clips. Was going to decline the delivery but upon my call to Mattress Firms Representative he said they will have it fixed and make it right ?? Well, all I got was another phone contact to Bullfrog Spa in UTAH to correct the issues ! This took another month going back and forth with pics and calls and emails to get 3 new side panels and 1 corner panel so basically a $9k Spa paper weight that could not be used from Nov-Dec 2019 ?? Customer Service from Bull Frog was very subpar it took a lot of follow up with their tech, so they flew in a service rep to eval this Spa because no one in my area of Wa was able to support service repairs to it ? The service rep flew in a week later without the spa parts as the parts had to be taken off the assembly line and had not showed up. The service rep inspected the Spa and cleaned out foam in jets, added a few screws that were missing then left me holding the bag yet again, until new parts showed up for me to install myself ? Finally mid Dec the parts came and now its time for a disabled vet to install them !!
It’s now Jan 2021 and another CALL BACK TO BULLFROG SPA as my touch pad is now INOP ! Now over a month later after numerous emails, and calls to their tech staff with the issue of an inoperable touch pad this spa sits yet again after a year of service and then maintenance parts are needed ! I just made call 4 again today to try and get status, and the rep stated he was very busy and would send out a part for me today to install yet again ! WOW, what customer lack of service ! How long will it take again before I get my PART to fix this OVER PRICED, POOR Customer Service, AQUA LUXE SPA !!! BUYERS BEWARE it’s not worth the cost or hassle to buy from MATTRESS FIRM !!!
I’m having the same issue. I can’t find a number to call for service.
I have had issues since day one with the panels not staying on. We purchased it in 2019.
After the run a around from Aqualuxe Mattress firm customer service, this is what I found out.
Mattress Firm has sold the contracts for Aqualuxe to a third party. Tracking down that company was hard. When I did track them down, I was informed that it was sold again and eventually after digging further, I found the company that bought the contract now.
Glacierchem was the latest to buy our contract. Brad at GlacierChem.com brad@glacierchem.com is the contact. Thankfully with due diligence on our part, we got our hot tub
warranty service issue resolved by Brad.
We since had the panels replaced by a local serviceman who was referred to us by him.
Just letting you know that the customer service for Aqualuxe is 844-880-2782 is a third party, unable to help, customer service with 50/50 chance to help you.
When you do talk to them, speak to a supervisor. Give them your contract sale information and date of transaction and take notes of every call, date and time and what transpired and whom you talked to.
Eventually, you will find what company bought your contract and they have to provide the warranty service.
