Sundance Spas and Jacuzzi Hot Tubs, both part of parent company Jacuzzi Brands, is working with dealers and hot tub owners to get the hot tubs repaired. Below are weblinks to where you can enter your hot tub serial number to determine if your hot tub may be one of the models affected by the recall. You can also contact your local Jacuzzi or Sundance hot tub dealer/retailer to schedule the repair and get more information.
If you own one of these models it would be best to refrain from using your hot tub until it is repaired or determined that it is not part of the recall. Hot tub temperatures above 104 degrees are dangerous, and it is recommended to not use a hot tub above that maximum temperature.
