National Hot Tub Expo – Reviews and Information

As part of our commitment to hot tub buyers and providing transparency in the hot tub industry we’ve created a page for consumers to give reviews and feedback regarding their experiences with traveling hot tub shows, hot tub expos, and hot tub super sales.

This post is in particular is for hot tub and swim spa buyers to share experiences with a hot tub show promotor calling themselves the National Hot Tub Expo. From the very limited information available on their website (not even a phone number), this particular traveling hot tub sale (running on weekends only) seems to run events all across the United States.

The primary line of hot tub sold at this event appears Master Spas hot tubs and Master Spas Swim Spas including the Michael Phelps Swim Spas and Michael Phelps Legend Series Hot Tubs. They claim to have over 50 hot tubs and swim spas on display and offer these spas at discounts of up to 50% off.

Since most of these traveling shows don’t have a physical store we don’t have them listed on our national dealer locator but wanted to recognize their presence in the hot tub marketplace and allows buyers to share experiences with other buyers. Feel free to post comments or ask questions.

Also, for more information visit our hot tub buyer’s guide pages. Also, click on the pink boxes and complete our free local quote form to get competitive prices from local dealers in your area.

  1. I owned a swimming pool service company. I had 9 local dealers that sold spas and asked me to service their customers. This part of my business was a success. When the “Show” came to town, they would promise warranty service and use names of local companies like mine. I was not affiliated with the show in any way.

Eventually, show customers would be calling me asking for help. I would try calling the manufacturer to get approval for repairing the spa. Those show companies would never answer the phone. The show’s customers were told that they should call us for service, but we didn’t have any affiliation with the show or the manufacturer. How do I explain this to their customers?

  2. This “National Hot Tub Expo” company is based in West Palm FL and absolutely does not have local service anywhere outside of FL. They are a drop and run group. Definitely buyer beware!!!!!
