Texas based Primo Hot Tubs and Swim Spas has got their customers “hot” and not in a good way. The hot tub dealer located just north of Houston has been pelted with Better Business Bureau complaints over the last 12 months. To be exact, they had 22 complaints with 13 of them being delivery related issues for people paying for hot tubs that weren’t being delivered.
Primo Hot Tubs and Swim Spas was a Master Spas dealer. On the bright side of things, Master Spas has tried to help rectify the situation by reaching out to the customers who have complained to the BBB and helped to resolve the complaints. Unfortunately, hot tub dealers come and go and that’s why it’s important to always buy from a dealer who is carrying a reputable manufacturer of hot tubs and swim spas.
As writing this article the company website appears to be down and the phone number to the Spring, TX store simply references another number for delivery. Primo had a second location in Bourne, TX which is now taken over by Lonestar Spas Services who will continue to carry the Master Spas brand, according to the representative who answered the phone.
