Thermal Hydra Plastics Inc, the makers of Clearwater Spas and Divine Hot Tubs, has announced in a Herald Business Journal article its plans to move its hot tub manufacturing facility and operations from Woodinville, WA to Arlington, WA. The new location is part of a larger 54 acre site called the Gayteway Business Park.
The company has agreed to terms with developer, GS Venture Partners of Bellevue, to occupy nearly 50,000 square foot of industrial and office space. Construction is planned to start in about a month.
This is an exciting move for Clearwater Spas as they will be able to design and build out their new facility from the ground up.
