Turns out, it wasn’t and would require going out of budget to upgrade to the 220v / 60A it requires. It is unused, never been connected to electricity and hasn’t been filled since being delivered to my home. Comes with the steps. I will contract with a spa moving company to have it delivered from my home to yours and that will be included as part of the sale price. Buyer agrees to accept the spa as-is.
