This hot tub has been indoors the entire time. In excellent condition as is cover and stairs. Hand/wrist jets besides regular foot and back jets. Cool down seat for soaking. The booklet says 3 seating positions, but only 2 adults can fit in comfortably. Clear Choice has been used exclusively, so no chlorine or bromine problems
