Description
SPOTLESS inside; well maintained; appears to have a plugged hydrotherapy jet (according to local hot tub pros, this is common) but everything works. 35.5 deep. 1 turbo jet, 8 hydro-therapy jets, 120/240 volts (we have it hardwired); 20/50 amps; 4KW heater; 425 lbs. dry weight; holds 300 gallons. Has been in a covered 2nd floor balcony since 2003 so in very nice condition. Includes cover. MUST be taken out by forklift; good news is in great condition due to being covered, and original owner kept it spotless and well maintained; but bad news has to be removed by forklift. All jets & digital displays work (except as mentioned plugged jets); light works; maintains correct and steady temperature. Bottom always kept dry. Will negotiate due to difficulty to remove.
