Hardly used. I have the receipt showing the purchase of 1-2019 but it was a SPECIAL ORDER as I wanted specific colors. We added the Balboa wi-fi bringing the total to $12,500. This spa has individual pump controls for each seat and is a total body massage when you rotate throughout the seats. The pressure is incredible. This is NOT your basic hot tub by any means.
