Hardly used. I have the receipt showing the purchase of 1-2019 but it was a SPECIAL ORDER as I wanted specific colors. We added the Balboa wi-fi bringing the total to $12,500. This spa has individual pump controls for each seat and is a total body massage when you rotate throughout the seats. The pressure is incredible. This is NOT your basic hot tub by any means. Do your research this is the Maserati of Spas.
