It’s a great unit, lots of family and friend fun. Use it year round for exercise or relaxing! The benefits of hydrotherapy are amazing. This particular unit is unique in shape and design, you will not find many like this available currently due to production delays. This unit is really good condition. It has been kept cleaned and balanced. The cover on the swim spa does need to be replaced, the price should reflect that but that is also a point of negotiation. The manual has the required specs for placement and electrical.

We will be paying to remove the surrounding deck and have it moved from our backyard. The additional costs to move will be your responsibility.
