ondition: excellent  I have a hot tub for sale. New land lord says we cannot have it as our yard isn't fenced. Bought it last year for $2200. Fits 4 comfortably and up to 6 if u wanna get close. All jets work, heats up and stays heated. Have all the chemicals and spa treatment supplies to go with it. New lid. It's a plug and play which means you don't need 220 volt (requires electrician to install wiring), fits into any outlet. It is really heavy so bring some people to help move it.
