I can’t say whether or not our swim spa is good or not. But I can say their support is not good. I had to move the spa several times since purchasing and some to the plumbing had been damaged. It is an older model so they would not provide any parts but I was able to find a spa store who provided great support where I found all needed parts. Right now I am searching for anyone who could provide a good picture of the plumbing in the cabinet so I know how to run the plumbing from both pumps to and through the filter and control box. The company would not provide this photo or diagram even though I’m pretty sure they are still plumbing out their current models the same or nearly the same way. So, I would recommend them but don’t expect support once you’ve owned the swim spa for a while. Two stars because of little useable support when needed most.
In general, it came as advertised and looks nice. I purchased the "deluxe" model (14.5 Ft.) which was recommended. Their website specifically mentions that anyone over 6'2" (should) get this model. Unfortunately, this is misleading and I am 6'3". The actual swimmable area comes in around 10 ft but only 7 feet before the steps start. I can sort of use it if I cut my stroke and not kick at all during free style but this is obviously not ideal for the next *20 years. Backstroke, butterfly, and side stroke are completely out of the question. My wife seems to do just fine at 5'6." If you are 5'11" or taller, do not purchase this. It is literally unusable for me.

Great: The spa took 3 months from purchase to delivery which was great compared with other manufacturers in 2021.
Great: The price $19,800 + electric hook up and crane removal from their truck
Great: It maintains temp, the jets work, and is generally comfortable to relax in

Every stroke I am either punching the front edge or kicking the steps at the back and its not even close to usable.
Poorly constructed spas. Ours is less than 8 years old and is rotting away. Was never told to do anything to the cabinet but use stain (which I've done twice since new). Cabinets are wood whereas other companies use resin (no staining and no wood to rot). Spa cover keeps getting water logged (becomes heavy to lift). Had to replace entire brain and panel after less than five years. Cheap valves and jets. Lots of other issues. Check their warranty. That will tell you all you need to know about how they stand by their product.
Awesome ! My swim spa is so cool. The price was even better. Really though, I am so pleased with how everything turned out with the purchased of my swim spa site unseen. I live in MN and did everything over the phone. The shipping went as smooth as can be. Sarah did a great job making sure the driver stayed in contact with us so we knew when it arrived. I had my offload ready, in came the truck and off into my backyard it went. Smoother then ever. Whoop whoop..I'm a happy guy! PS I really like the waterfall with the cool lights!!!
