Based in Kentwood, Michigan, the Emerald Spa Corporation has been building luxury spas for over 30 years.  They are partnered with a global network of select dealers who also focus on high quality and excellence.  Their pioneering designs, state-of-the-art engineering, high-quality construction, and custom amenities have set the standard for performance and value since they first began manufacturing under the Polynesian Spa brand.

Emerald Spa designed the first scientifically engineered ergonomic spa seating with real support and exceptional comfort.  Contoured seating options for their ErgoComfort™ shells range from single and reversible Loungers for really stretching out, to the corner Captain’s Chair, which is still setting the standard for spa comfort today.  The shells are formed from a cast acrylic sheet co-extruded with ABS, and reinforced with eco-friendly Acrylobond^®.  The shell contributes to overall stability and is backed by a lifetime warranty.

There are three model series, Manor Luxury, Estate Deluxe and Chateau Classic, offering 30 jets in the Chateau Classic series, to 50 jets in the Estate Deluxe series, and 70 Jets in the Manor Luxury series.  Seating ranges from four to five for the single lounger, to six to eight for the non-lounger models.  Since Emerald spas are built with high-quality construction, advanced design, innovative engineering, and trouble-free operation – the only things left for the buyer to focus on is the customization choices of size, seating arrangement, amenities and extras.
