Coast Spas have been innovating in the hot tub industry since opening in 1996. Their products are made in Canada with materials and equipment from North America. They hold several patents, such as their infinity edge design for both hot tubs and swim spas; and they were the first to install modern lighting, audio and video systems, and commercial-grade filtration systems in portable hot tubs. Their hand-crafted hot tubs with the latest features and innovations are available for every lifestyle and budget. They produce traditional spas, Curve Spas, Cascade Spas, Patio Spas, Wellness Swim Spas and the skin-conditioning MicroSilk® spas.
Coast Spas has partnered with Owens Corning® to create the toughest, most durable hot tub shells available. Starting with a sheet of premium acrylic that is heated and vacuum-formed, it is then reinforced with several layers of high-grade Owens Corning® fiberglass, which are compressed and reinforced with steel angle iron in specific areas for additional support.
The only portable infinity (vanishing) edge hot tubs on the market are made by Coast Spas. Their infinity edge hot tubs have the largest waterfall, the most efficient skimmers (with no unsightly telescoping or filter grates) and zero water displacement, for a peak hot tub experience.
