This post is in particular is for buyers to share experiences with a hot tub show promotor calling themselves the Hot Tub and Swim Spa Sale. The company has also promoted shows under different names like the Spa Pool and BBQ Show or 1-888-Spa-Sale. From the limited information available on their website this particular traveling hot tub sale seems to do two simultaneous shows in different cities around the country which may be why they operate under two different websites.
The main line of hot tubs sold at this event is Master Spas hot tubs and Master Spas Swim Spas including the Michael Phelps Swim Spas and Michael Phelps Legend Series Hot Tubs. Events may also include other Master Spas lines such as H2X Fitness Swim Spas, Healthy Living Hot Tubs, Clarity Spas, and/or Twilight Spas. They claim to have “millions of dollars worth of inventory that must be sold” and offer these spas at discounts of up to 40%-80% off.
Since most of these traveling shows don’t have a physical store we don’t have them on our national dealer locator but wanted to recognize their existence in the hot tub marketplace and allows buyers to share experiences with other buyers. Feel free to post comments or ask questions.

We bought from this show and it's been an absolute nightmare. The delivery company they hired ruined our landscaping, broke the tub, and didn't even show us how to use or maintain the tub. Months of unreturned phone calls and still no fix. Can't even get anyone on the phone. Said it was chemical free and delivered it with chemicals. Can't figure it out and the water is cloudy and smelly. This has been a terrible experience.
